In rresponse to Tom Gallagher's piece in the SF Bay Guardian yesterday, quoting Seymour Hersh in a recent New Yorker article, about Nancy Pelosi being one of 4 Democrats who agreed to accept a "notification" from the Bush While House that had sent secret agents into Iran, and needed $400,000 to make sure they could fight their way out of Iran if they got caught. Why are we all so "war crazy" that we cannot think out of that box politically. Here is what I think in my attempt to understand Nancy Pelosi and the other three:
thanks to Tom Gallagher and Seymour Hersh also. Where are the Investigative Media on this, when the New Yorker and SF Bay Guardian have to report major news about our SF 8th district member of Congress, who also happens to be a pretty serious Roman Catholic laywoman, and a very smart politician?
Is she so scared of Republican attacks on Obama as not "strong enough, militarily prepared or experienced in foreign affairs" or something to be President, and losing the election?
That's my guess, and the pattern Dems have followed for too many years, in response to underhanded scare tactics...
